Here are some important info if you consider commissioning me!
By commissioning me, you agree to my Terms of Service.
I only accept PayPal as payment method.
Do not try to haggle my prices, they are final and refusal to accept such will result in an auto-decline.
I will not refund a commission unless something on my end causes me to have to cancel the commission.
A reference image of sorts will be required. It can be an artpiece that shows everything needed to complete the commission, but a ref sheet is highly preferred.
You are not allowed to remove my watermark from the finished commission.
You may not use the finished artpieces to train Generative AI models or as a basis to generate any AI images or videos in any shape or form.
I have the right to decline your commission, both before and after payment.
I have the right to not be pressured to finish your commission, and may go at my own pace.
I have the right to make use of the finished sketch to my liking if you fail to pay 7 days after it's been sent to you.
I have the right to post the finished commission for advertisement purposes, unless your commission is anonymous.
You will receive regular updates on the commission, so that you can provide with any necessary changes.
You are allowed choose to pay before or after I have finished the sketch.
You are allowed to keep your commission anonymous, which means it won't be posted anywhere, and it will show up as "Anonymous Commission" on my trello page.
Failing to comply with my Terms of Service may lead to a permanent blacklist from commissioning me in the future. You will be notified if so.
